Tight muscles and aching joints are common as we age. Throw
in an exercise routine and the pain can become that much worse. As we exercise,
our muscles break down giving us that burning sensation. After we are finished
we are ready to hit the couch, similar to how I’m feeling now. This is a big
mistake. In order for our bodies to properly RESTORE, we must repair those
muscles and send blood flow back to those areas. Basic yoga poses and stretches
targeting your back, chest, thighs, calves and hamstrings can go a long way in
a very short time. Stretching along with hydration will REJUVENATE your body.
Help REDEFINE yourself with 3RX products such as our sports cream to further
assist your workout recovery.

3RX Salve and a Mosquito Bite
THIS.
At 3RX, we make no claims for what our products can potentially do for our customers. We know the benefits, but we let the products speak for themselves.
This is a before and after shot of a nasty mosquito bite that one of our customers sent us. It's time stamped, so at 8:10 A.M. this unfortunate bite was a nasty welp and itchy.
3RX Premium THC-Free Hemp Salve was applied to the area, and by 8:49 A.M. the results are visible.
Eczema, dry skin, rashes, and now mosquito bites have been reasons why our customers have continued to use the salve. Try it. 3RX offers a 30 day money back guarantee, and that's a claim worth making.

Sleep: What's it Worth to You?
This statement will not help 3RX in making sales, but I struggled with purchasing the most expensive product they sell. Its label states that it is premium hemp, THC-free, and it contains the hormone melatonin to help with sleep.
At $89.95 a bottle, I felt like I would sleep worse if I bought it. Damn stuff better work.
It did.
I sleep maybe 4-5 hours a night if I'm lucky. There is an alarm clock in my head that starts going off around 3:00 A.M., and I haven't been able to shut it off in years. I am also a restless sleeper who wakes up many times in the night from my own tossing and turning. I started taking one 3RX softgel capsule every night, about 30 minutes before bedtime.
It didn't actually work the first couple of nights I started taking them.
I would fall asleep soundly, but I would wake up after having dreams. Then it happened - I started waking up to my real alarm clock. I also stopped feeling sluggish in the morning, and I am now able to make it all day without feeling tired.
I don't put my faith in many products; I am as sceptical as they come, but this stuff works. Of all the 3RX products offered, this has become my favorite.
So yeah, it's their most expensive product, but 3RX offers a 30 day money back guarantee.
It's worth it to try, because who's going to put a price tag on a night of sound sleep?

Eye-Opening Experience
I began using CDB oil over a month ago. This has been an
eye-opener as to the power of this natural oil. The best way I can describe the
impact it has had on my life is how it has helped my general anxiety. By that I
do not mean “panic attacks”. For years, I would wake up in the morning and
immediately start thinking about everything I needed to accomplish during the
day – either yard work, hitting the gym, school work, spending time with my
child, looking over finances, etc. I would essentially overwhelm my brain to
the point of mental exhaustion, ultimately getting a headache on the right side
and back of my “brain”.
Since I started taking the oil (at night about an hour
before bed), I no longer wake up constantly thinking about the list of things I
need to accomplish. Well to clarify I DO think about them, but I can now
focus and my brain “stays calm” knowing it will all get done. And
to be clear, it does NOT make you “high”.
For me it helps “chill the brain out”. I can still focus. I’m not
drowsy, and haven’t had a headache
since. To add to that, I would routinely take Motrin/Ibuprofen for these headaches
that I was giving myself – GONE. No more. Just like everyone’s biochemistry is
slightly different, so too are the doses you may need. For me, one ml at night
works great for me. I guess the best description I can give is (again this is
my personal experience) – I feel the way one usually does after a good nap - calm
and recharged.
I cannot recommend 3RX CBD oil enough. Try
it. I like the Mint flavor the best.

Mind and Body During A Crisis
In today's environment, it is not uncommon for most people to fall victim to depression, anxiety, or hopelessness. Right now we are living through a pandemic which is unprecedented and unpredictable. These are scary times. Working as a health care professional, both as a flight paramedic and as an emergency room paramedic, I have seen the good and bad in others. I have seen the great joys of life in people who have gone above and beyond by helping neighbors, giving food, and caring for people they don't even know as if they were family. I have also seen life's disparages with death in its most raw and disturbing form, family pain and grief, and an overwhelming fear of the unknown.
I use myself as an example of why it is so important to stay healthy both mentally and physically. When the mind is in a sound and secure place, the body will follow and not falter. For me, getting rest can be challenging. My work schedule doesn’t always allow for it. I work a 24 hour shift in one job, and 12 hours shifts at the other. In no way do I get the required sleep for a healthy body and mind. I have to continually find ways to supplement a healthier lifestyle. Not only is lack of sleep sometimes a problem, but I have battled in the past with being slightly overweight. I have let my work schedule and stress get in the way of taking care of myself. It effects my job and my relationships, and when your job is to take care of people, and as the saying goes, how can you take care of others if you don't take care of yourself? The wear and tear of the stress becomes noticeable. Every single time I begin to slack off with my running and exercise, my girlfriend, Valorie, recognizes that my mental health is suffering. My family, friends, and colleagues notice it as well. I know that working out is not the cure to all of life's dilemmas and mental frustrations. Yet it is a fact that the body walks in the direction of the mind, and these days - we need to make sure we are walking in the right direction.
So what can we do to help align our body and minds through crisis? For many people like me, a healthy diet and running a couple times a week is a great way to heal and recover from the mental and physical stresses that one day can bring. Meditation and controlled breathing exercises work great for others. Most of the time we can do things that work well with our lifestyle and work schedule, but we have to work toward finding it and continue to do it. There are so many other ways to keep our heads in a crisis like what we are faced with, and just a part of every day living.
Talk It Out
Having a simple conversation with someone can be the best medicine for mental and physical strain. "Just know that you can minimize your problems by discussing them with those you trust. Give your pain a voice, and let someone listen. You will be amazed at how much weight will be lifted off your shoulders" says Barton Goldsmith, Ph.D., LMFT in an article in Psychology Today People underestimate the power of just venting to someone. This keeps my partners in business and colleagues I work with in a good frame of mind by constantly talking about what’s going on around us. We have good healthy dialogue about how we can support each other, how we can do more to support patients and their families in the ER, and how we can do better at taking care of ourselves individually.
Keep A Positive Mental Focus
Introduce things into your life that are soothing. For example, try different calming sounds or music. Look at art or photographs from vacations and special occasions. Write in a journal, do a puzzle, draw, or paint, meditate... there are so many ways to refocus and rejuvenate yourself. There is a lot of research on the benefits of Aroma Therapy and how it connects the body and receptor sites through smell. There is something out there for everyone.
Practice Breathing
Harvard Medical School published an article with techniques for proper breathing and the benefits of breath control. Several times a day take a minute to breathe deeply. Sit for a minute, close your eyes, take a slow long deep breath and hold for 10-15 seconds. Exhale and repeat several times. Doing this expands the alveoli, the tiny air sacs in the lungs, and allows for more efficient oxygen and Co2 exchange in the membrane that lines those tiny air sacks. A deep, deliberate breath or two clears the mind. We have to breathe, so we need to make it a priority to do it effectively.
Put Good Stuff In The Tank
Make sure you are eating good organic products. Fruits and vegetables are an important part of a diet… even more so now to bolster immune systems and good digestive balance. No one says you can't cheat every now and then, "comfort foods" are called that for a reason! Yet it isn't enough to just eat healthy; we have to eat the right way and for the right reasons. Stress eating or not eating at all can lead to serious physiological and physical conditions. We don't have a lot of control over many things, but how we eat is something we can control and use to keep the brain happy.
Supplementation
Vitamins are a good thing to facilitate filling the void in things you don’t normally eat. Just a daily dose of Vitamin C is an easy way to help the immune system ward off illness.
In the world of medicine, Endocannabinoid derived supplements are becoming more and more recognized as a means to helping people with a multitude of mental and physical aliments. CBD does not have the psychoactive properties that are in THC, so the misconception of CBD products making a person "high" is just that, a common misconception. CBD works in a completely natural way with your body's two known receptor sites that deal with how the body handles stress, anxiety and homeostasis. CB1 and CB2 receptor sites in the body are found in several places including nervous system, digestive system and others. When cannabinoids (CBD derived products) are ingested, they interact with these receptor sites. From what we now know, CBD supplements can facilitate the body and how it regulates repairs and homeostasis. Medical News Today has put out some very extensive research findings worthy of checking into in order to understand the possible benefits and misconceptions.
In closing, I want to leave you with hope and peace. Most of us do not understand fully what this virus brings and how to defeat it. It is also a crisis that most of us have never faced. Yet there are a few things can be easily introduced into your daily schedule to help with the anxiety and stress. Keeping your body and mind in good health is easier than you expect. With them working in harmony, we can all get through this!
