What the 3 R's Stand For

    Tight muscles and aching joints are common as we age. Throw in an exercise routine and the pain can become that much worse. As we exercise, our muscles break down giving us that burning sensation. After we are finished we are ready to hit the couch, similar to how I’m feeling now. This is a big mistake.
